Do I need council approval?
The approval pathway depends on your address, intended use and the final building design. A prefab home is not automatically exempt from approvals. We start with your project details so the appropriate certifier or council pathway can be established.
What is included in the displayed price?
The displayed prices are indicative Turnkey launch budgets, not fixed offers. The proposed Turnkey scope covers the home, delivery and placement, site review, footings, service connections, approvals coordination and handover. Your written proposal will state confirmed inclusions, exclusions and site-specific costs.
Can I use a LifePod as a granny flat?
That is one of the intended uses for the range. Whether it is suitable as a secondary dwelling depends on your site, planning requirements, final specification and relevant approvals. Tell us your postcode and intended use to start the assessment.
How is a LifePod delivered?
The proposed base models are factory-assembled units that require suitable transport access and crane placement. Site access, overhead obstacles, the lifting area and transport requirements must be assessed before delivery can be quoted or scheduled.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on final supplier availability, approvals, shipping and site readiness. We will confirm a project-specific timeline in your proposal; a guaranteed installation date is not currently advertised.
What warranty is included?
LifePod is developing a proposed 10-year structural and 2-year fit-out warranty offering. Coverage, exclusions and the warrantor will be confirmed in written terms before any order. We are not accepting online payments at this stage.
Can I finance a LifePod?
Funding options depend on your circumstances, land, project and the lender. No lender partnership, interest rate or approval is currently confirmed. Use the configurator for an indicative purchase budget and speak with your own lender or broker about funding.
Can I view a display home?
A Gold Coast display home is planned, with an opening date and location still to be confirmed. Register your interest through the enquiry form for updates.
Where can you deliver?
Share your Australian postcode and property details. Delivery availability and installed scope are assessed for each project, including transport access, local services and approvals.
Are the images the final Australian product?
The images are AI-assisted LifePod concept renders, created to show our design direction and your selected options. Equipment placement, colours and furnishings are illustrative. Final specifications, layouts, quantities and inclusions will be confirmed in your written proposal and approved drawings.
